Our Backup Care allows little legends to log on at any time during business hours to join our teachers (the Kidsco BIG KIDS) for virtual fun while mum and dad are working from home.
How it works
Flexible working has become the ‘new normal’ and our programs can flex with your workforce.
KidsCo’s subscription plans allow you to pre-pay for your programs with session credits. This gives parents and carers the flexibility to use these credits during any of the periods they need support whether it be school holidays, lockdown or when their little champ is sick at home.
- Credits are deducted only when the booking is confirmed
- Credits are valid for 12–months, with the option to ‘top–up’ session credits for your team if required
- We handle everything from managing bookings and employee communication to monthly reporting

How to book
Book online
Provide your team the Enrolmy booking link in your internal comms. Parents can manage their details and bookings via their Enrolmy account.
Virtual classroom
Parents can log their little legend into their classroom of choice with a charged laptop or tablet with paper, textas and glue/tape for the art based activities.
Enjoy your day!
Your team now have the day to focus on work as their little legends are having FUN with other kids and the KidsCo teachers. They can hear all about the FUN during their breaks!

Our programs are designed and delivered by teachers who are passionate about delivering a premium school holiday program that is fun, safe and educational!
No two days are ever the same at KidsCo, with an exciting theme to set the stage for each day! Each session covers a range of engaging activities from our KidsCo curriculum:
- Experiment & Discover
∙ Kids are guided through STEM-based activities, encouraging them to explore options and design solutions to FUN problems
∙ Kids are encouraged to COLLABORATE, share their ideas and encourage each other
∙ Activities are facilitated in a flexible way, to meet the needs of the skill level and interest of kids participating in the session
- Move & Hear
∙ Expect mini-games, dance-offs and movement activities across the two hours
∙ Activities are designed to promote basic movement and blood flow in a safe and appropriate way, without causing disruption to parents
∙ Kids are encouraged to have FUN and enjoy communicating with each other, under the careful guidance of our qualified school teachers
- Arts & Crafts
∙ Kids will unleash their creativity and craft something FUN related to the day’s theme
∙ Activities require only basic art resources such as paper, pencils, sticky tape, etc.
∙ Kids are encouraged to use their imagination and utilise household recyclables (empty cereal or tissue boxes etc.) with a focus on teaching them about SUSTAINABILITY!

It is a fantastic initiative and I’d recommend KidsCo to any company considering it. Not only does it make managing leave easier during school holidays it creates a greater connection between the kids and their parents’ workplace, and between colleagues. Having kids onsite really changes the feel of the workplace.
We can all agree lockdowns are tough and then there is homeschooling while working full time… 😩 Today my children attended the KidsCo Australia program funded by Thales and it was so much fun for the children and two hours of uninterrupted meetings for me! Thank you Thales and KidsCo 🙏🏽
This school holiday program is a great initiative and one I have spoken to friends and family about. It's a hugely convenient way to have my son close by during school holidays - I would pay for this service even if it wasn't subsidised because it is closer to my existing vacation care provider and is a high-quality service. I believe that from a staff support aspect - this is a major incentive.

My kids love it and actually asked if I could take less leave so that they could come in. They enjoy meeting up with other kids they have met in previous programs and it definitely reduces the stress and juggling around the holidays. Thank you for organising it.
